FESTIVAL VENDOR APPLICATION

  • Dates: June 19–20, 2026
    Location: Downtown Etna, California
    Event Focus: This is a music-focused festival. Vendors are an important part of the experience, but live music is the primary focus of the event.

    Application & Acceptance
    Submitting a vendor application does NOT guarantee a spot.
    Vendor spaces are limited, and applications are reviewed and approved at the discretion of the festival team.
    Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email once accepted.

    Vendor Fees & Booth Information
    10x10 booth space: $50
    Booths larger than 10x10: $100
    Booth size must be selected during the application process.
    Booth locations are assigned by the festival team.

    Vendor Passes
    Each approved vendor will receive two (2) vendor passes.
    Additional passes must be purchased separately.

    ==

    Food Vendors
    All food vendors must complete and submit the Siskiyou County Temporary Food Vendor Packet.
    A copy of the vendor permit must be provided to the festival.
    Food vendors are responsible for complying with all county and health department regulations.

    ==

    Application Deadline
    All vendor applications and required materials must be submitted by May 1, 2026.
    Incomplete or late applications may not be considered.

    Vendor Agreement
    All vendors must read and agree to all festival rules, policies, and guidelines as part of the application process.
    Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

    Prohibited Items & Activities
    Absolutely no pets allowed on festival grounds or parking lots.
    Qualified service animals are permitted (see Service Animal Policy).
    No outside alcoholic beverages.
    No cans or glass containers.
    No fireworks or sky lanterns.
    No campfires or charcoal grills.
    No confetti.
    No laser pens or focused-light devices.
    No Frisbee or disc throwing.
    No motorized vehicles, including golf carts, ATVs, and Segways.
    No unauthorized motorized or remote-controlled aerial devices (drones, toy planes, flying cameras, etc.).
    No video recording of performances.
    No professional photography equipment or cameras with detachable lenses.
    No amplified music or drum circles between 11:00 PM and 11:00 AM.

    Vendor-Specific Rules
    Unauthorized vending is strictly prohibited.
    Only approved vendors may sell or distribute goods on festival grounds.
    Violations may result in confiscation of goods and/or ejection from the event.
    Vendors must remove all personal belongings and merchandise after each night’s performance.
    Vendors are responsible for securing their own booth, equipment, and merchandise.
    The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

    Allowed Exceptions
    Sealed water bottles.
    Empty reusable water bottles (free potable water hydration stations provided).
    One (1) drink per person in a cup 16 oz or smaller.
    Kids’ juice boxes, milk, and baby formula.
    Soft-sided, lunch-sized coolers only.

    Seating & Crowd Safety
    Chairs may not exceed 18 inches in height in front of the soundboard area.

    ==

    Policy Updates
    Festival rules, policies, and prohibited items may be updated at any time as needed for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.
